The foundation for a new, tilt-down access pole for the beacon has been completed, and the pole should arrive toward the end of January. We’re expecting to be able to move the beacon from its current tower location onto this pole some time in February. At that point we’ll be able to access it more readily, and we’ll start experimenting with shrouding to lessen the impact of the light on our community neighbors. Thank you for your patience!
